The Live-Action Far Cry 5 Film is Amazing and Deeply Disturbing
If you are looking forward to Ubisoft’s game, you should take 30 minutes to watch the live-action Far Cry 5 film, available now on Amazon.
If you have been waiting to get your hands on Ubisoft’s Far Cry 5 like we have, and if you are into weird religious leaders that run cults like we are (don’t judge us), then good news!
When it comes to the promotion of its games, Ubisoft does not mess around. It’s not uncommon for the developer/publisher to go really big when it comes to promoting its titles. And we’re not just talking the odd event celebrating the game, but in the case of Far Cry 5 a live-action short film with high production values and a deeply disturbing story that will get you in the mood for the upcoming game.
The film, titled Far Cry 5: Inside Eden’s Gate, runs about 30 minutes, and it’s available now on Amazon – Prime members can watch it for free. The cast is solid as well, with performances from Kyle Gallner, Erin Manker, and Adam Dorsey as the extra creepy Joseph Seed.
If you plan on grabbing the game you should make the effort to watch Inside Eden, both to help you flesh out the world seen in the game and to get you in the mood to murder the hell out of a whole lot of people in fun and creative ways.
Far Cry 5 is out for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on March 27, 2018.
