In mother Russia, the ghosts bust you (or at least your stuff)
Every culture around the world has ghost stories. The fear, even the attraction to the unknown is universal, regardless of culture. The stories of ghostly involvement end up being fairly similar too.
A new video captured on a CCTV in a Moscow hookah bar shows what appears to be a Russian ghost (or ghosts) doing the same actions ghosts around the world do – they knock some stuff over and generally act like dicks.
The ghost moves curtain, bumps chairs, and bats around shisha pipes. It’s nothing too violent, but it is weird. It’s also not the first weird thing that’s happened at the bar. According to The Mirror, a local waiter who identified himself only as “Vyacheslav” reports having heard some freaky stuff over the years, including knocking at the door when no one is there and power fluctuations.
“There are strange noises all the time and sometimes the lights go on and off for no reason,” he said.
Upon seeing the video below, the owner apparently reached out to a group of Russian paranormal investigators known as “Laboratoriya Nepozannogo,” which translates to the Lab of the Unknown – Russian ghost hunters.
On a side note, I would pay good average mediocre money to watch a reality TV show about Russian paranormal investigators. I’m sure they are just the happiest, most fun-loving people alive.
On a side note, how do you say “bro” in Russian.
The investigators concluded that the ghosts were attracted to Vyacheslav and his “low energy,” whatever that means. Police on the other hand, have a simpler answer that is far dumber. They believe that the ghosts are the result of a break in, despite the owner not reporting anything being taken or the perpetrators being caught on tape.
Mulder and Scully, the Moscow PD aint.
Anyway, check it out below.
