Parkour, Spanish style

Parkour never gets old. It’s just cool, and it really doesn’t get boring to watch. At least in theory. We do live in the age of the Internet, where people record oncoming avalanches. Maybe parkour is becoming common enough that we take it for granted.

If so, head on down to your nearest urban center and give it a go. After you smach your head directly into a wall, you may regain some slight appreciation for freerunners and what they can do.

It’s a strange and weird world we live in when video of people running up walls and making incredible jumps has become commonplace. Maybe freerunners should light themselves on fire or jump over sharks or something.

The video, known as “Definitely Defo,” comes from a trio of freerunners that go by the names Defo, Drey, and Charlie. The group stopped by Barcelona, Spain and took the cameras out for a day of parkour.

The clip was posted on the Ampisound YouTube page, which is filled with plenty of other parkour vids if you’re interested in that sort of thing.

There really isn’t much more to say about the video. It’s people doing incredible things.

We are kind of spoiled these days with people working in martial arts and recreating video games while freerunning, but that doesn’t make it any less cool. Check it out.
