And now, Chewbacca sings Silent Night, because why not
The website How It Should Have Ended updated an older video where Chewbacca sings Silent Night. It’s inexplicably great, so give it a watch.
You may have heard, but this Sunday is Christmas. For reals and trues. And if any year in the last few needed a solid Christmas filled with good cheer, it’s 2016.
It’s been a miserable year for a lot of people, so now is the time to squeeze as much goodwill and happy sentiment out of the holidays as we can. So with that in mind, we present you a video where Chewbacca sings Silent Night in his native Shyriiwook.
Because why not.
The song was originally written (or more accurately assembled) by Scott Anderson in 1999. It’s been featured and reposted with several new backgrounds over the years, but the one below is the most recent. It comes from the website How It Should Have Ended, and the new clip was created with Anderson’s blessing.
